Description
Offering 170 Border Leicester/Merino X lambs. All lambs were weighed out >30 kg and averaged 36.2kg LW at assessment. These lambs represent the top of the drop wether lambs by Bauer/Retallack Border Leicester Stud sires out of Bundilla Merino ewes. Weaned on the 13th of August, lambs are trained on barley with continual access to creep feeders from a young age up until weaning.
Lambs are only being sold due to the end of a lease; two other lots listed in the same sale provide an opportunity to put together 805 >30kg from the same drop.
Lambs are crutched and ready to cross the finish line given the opportunity.
The vendor is also dispersing approximately 1800 White, Black & Blue tag-classed merino ewes on A+ on 15 Sept.
