Description
A line of young weaned Angus steers that have huge genetic potential. This is the first time the vendor has offered his steers as calves. Annually growing them out to 600kg for the Teys Grasslands Pasturefed program. Bred out of a high performance AI and natural herd selecting sires with a strong focus on high growth, CWT & EMA. These steers show quality attributes considering their tough start to life. Fully up to date on animal health husbandry, yard weaned in December for 5 days, temperament is fantastic and ready to go for successful purchaser. Note calves were marked on 29/12 and are recovering well, approx. 75% have dropped their purse. Note one steer with old pink eye scarring (3rd treatment at assessment).
