Description
A good line of quiet Angus & Angus cross heifers, on their first calf. These heifers were purchased as part of a larger lot of PTIC 1st calvers out of Dunedoo, ex AuctionsPlus, before being calved down & mothered into smaller lines. Heifers present as medium to good frame & are nourishing an attractive line of marked & vaccinated EASTERN PLAINS ANGUS sired calves at foot, which have attained weanable weights. Presenting in fresh store condition, having put most of their energy into sustaining the heavy calves at foot, these heifers are starting to clean up in the coat, but need to be moved on as feed diminishes. Approx 4 cows were observed to have a small percentage of cross in the breeding, with 1 heifer showing traits of slight Santa influence, & some Hereford/red-coated cross influence in the other 3, with minor white on underline. Great opportunity to replace old breeders with young breeders at very favourable changeover rates, whilst getting a bonus calf & change in your pocket.
