Jason's aim is simple: keep the network ready for what's ahead, not caught out by it. As Chief Executive Officer he brings strong financial governance, strategic strength and a career of getting things done. Everything he does is deliberate, planning ahead and moving the network forward with purpose. His focus is clear: national strength for members, without compromising their independence.
Olivia shapes how members experience RMA Network and the value they draw from it. As Member Experience Manager she leads engagement and retention across the network, making sure every member gets full value from their membership and the tools, support and connections behind their agency. Her focus is simple: members who feel backed, connected and set up to grow.
Chicago keeps RMA Network financially sound and well governed. As Finance and Governance Manager she leads financial performance, reporting and controls alongside corporate and digital governance, keeping the organisation accountable and well run. Her focus is a strong, sustainable network members can trust and rely on to back their agency.
Simone shapes how the network attracts, develops and retains talent for independent agency. As Workforce Development Manager she leads training and recruitment, building industry capability through partnerships such as Wodonga TAFE. Her focus is clear: a more professional, capable and future-ready workforce for the livestock and property sector.
Sara is often the first person members hear from, and the one who makes sure things get done. As Member Services Officer she handles enquiries, supports members day to day and keeps matters moving behind the scenes, following each one through until it is fully resolved. Her focus is simple: members who always feel supported, heard and looked after.
Kate makes sure RMA Network looks and sounds the part everywhere it shows up. As Brand and Marketing Officer she leads marketing, advertising and communications across the network, from social media to merchandise, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a focus on content that is consistent, professional and engaging. Her focus is a brand members are proud to stand behind.
Katrina looks at how RMA Network works and how to make it work better. As Business Improvement and Enablement Manager she leads the systems and processes that lift efficiency, and she is central to bringing strategic initiatives to life, turning ideas into reality. Her focus is a smarter, better-connected network where good ideas get delivered, not shelved.
Grace is the connective thread across member support, spanning finance and communications through to the full range of member services. As Member Support Officer she stays across the detail and keeps work moving through the team, the person things get entrusted to and resolved through. Her focus is simple: getting things done for members, every time.
Trudi keeps the insurance function running smoothly and the numbers behind the scenes right. As Insurance and Accounts Officer she coordinates insurance administration and supports the day-to-day finances of the organisation, keeping it organised, accurate and responsive to member needs. Her focus is a well-run function members can rely on without a second thought.
Chris is one of the best-connected people in our industry, and he puts that network to work for members. Across business and livestock matters he offers practical, been-there guidance, with a real passion for bringing people on and lifting agency skills. His focus is simple: members who always have someone experienced in their corner.
Andrew has stood in members' boots, and he knows the job from the saleyards through to the processors and buyers. Across livestock operations, member connections and the wider running of an agency, he offers practical support and a network few can match, helping members solve problems and open doors. His focus is simple: real support from someone who knows the job.

The Board

Mark De Garis brings a lifetime connection to the industry to his role as President. A Director and joint owner of Thomas De Garis & Clarkson (TDC Livestock & Property) at Penola, one of the premier independent agencies in a highly demanding and competitive region, Mark has spent a distinguished career across livestock and real estate, earning the respect of clients and peers alike right across the Limestone Coast, from South East South Australia into Western Victoria.

A long-standing director of the RMA Network, Mark leads the board with a steady hand, sharp judgement and an unwavering commitment to the industry's future.
Corey Nicholson has spent more than a decade with Holman Tolmie, working his way to shareholder and building a solid reputation across the Cootamundra district and the livestock and property sector of southern NSW. Deeply embedded in the region and well connected throughout the local community, Corey has the kind of relationships and local knowledge that only come from years on the ground.

As Vice-President, he brings the board a practical, industry-grounded perspective and a genuine commitment to serving local producers.
Daniel Delaney has built Delaney Livestock Services at Busselton into one of the premier livestock agencies in Western Australia, backed by deep ties to the state's livestock and agricultural community. He has earned a reputation for consistency and quality, helping bring locally produced meat to shelves across the country.

On the RMA Board Daniel proudly represents Western Australia, offering a supply-chain view from the paddock right through to retail and a firm commitment to seeing the network grow.
Isaac Hill is the owner and Director of Wagga Regional Livestock, a respected livestock agent and auctioneer with a formidable service reputation across the Riverina and southern NSW. Decades of hands-on stock handling and management have made him one of the region's most trusted operators, with the sharp instinct in the yards and under the hammer that only comes from a career on the ground.

A long-standing director of the RMA Network, Isaac brings the grounded, practical voice of an agent who runs his own business and a firm drive to see the network keep growing.
Jarrod Bennetts is a Director of Everitt, Seeley and Bennetts at Koo Wee Rup, serving West Gippsland and the surrounding region. He grew up on a farm and around the marketplace, and earned early recognition with the Mike Nixon Award for his work with clients.

As a working agent, Jarrod stays close to what matters most to clients on the ground and brings that same energy to driving the network forward.
Adam Chudleigh is a Director of MCC Chudleigh Dobell at Forbes in the Central West of NSW, and a driving force behind its growth into one of the district's most respected livestock and property agencies.

A licensed stock and station agent with deep expertise across livestock and property, Adam has become one of the go-to operators in a strong and competitive part of the country, with a sharp instinct for getting the most out of a client's stock and a strong understanding of his region and the markets that drive it.

On the Board, Adam brings the drive and know-how of a working agent and agency director, along with fresh ideas and a results-driven mindset.
Greg Price is a long-standing Director of Alex Scott & Staff, one of the country's oldest independent agencies and a true industry institution, with deep ties to the livestock and rural community right across Gippsland. Well connected at all levels of the sector and with a strong read on government and the issues shaping it, Greg brings a broader view of the forces at play and what they mean for members.

On the Board, Greg pairs those connections and his industry experience with a steady, collaborative approach to shaping the future of the RMA.
